Run file in a pending state (display in BR.io as CFX run: Pending)

A pending run contains the definition of the run (protocol, plate, details) and can be executed on a connected instrument. Pending run files open in the Run details page. You can navigate to the protocol and plate layout pages using the workflow navigator at the bottom of the page.

Note: The BR.io folder of the CFX Opus instrument File Browser screen displays 50 of the most recent pending protocol runs created in BR.io.

Run file in an in-progress state (displayed in BR.io as CFX run: In progress)

An in-progress run has been executed on a connected instrument and is currently running.

Run file in a completed state (displayed in BR.io as CFX run: Completed)

A run has finished on a CFX instrument. The completed run contains run information and fluorescence data collected during the run. The completed run file opens to the Analysis page where you can review, analyze, and export the data from the run.
