Issues Receiving Completed Run Emails
If you elected to receive emails for completed runs, but are not receiving the emails in your Inbox, do the following:
► | Check your Junk or Spam email folder. Your organization's security settings might prevent the notifications from arriving in your Inbox. |
If the email was not received at all, check with your system administrator. To receive emails from Bio-Rad, the system settings must allow emails from external sources.
