Issues Receiving Password Reset Emails

If the email to reset a forgotten password does not arrive in your email Inbox within five minutes, do the following:

Check your Junk or Spam folder.

●

Check with your system administrator. To receive emails from Bio-Rad, the system settings must allow emails from external sources.
