Getting Help in BR.io

You can get help with BR.io using any of the following methods:

From a linked tile on the BR.io Help Center page
From the context-sensitive help link (Help for This Page)
By sending an email to the Support staff

Note: You can also access the instrument-specific help from the BR.io Explore pane.

To access the Help options from the Help and Feedback dropdown list
1. From the menu bar in the upper-right corner, click the Help () icon.

The following Help menu appears.

2. Select one of the following options:
Help For This Page

The Help topic that is linked to the displayed BR.io page opens immediately in a different browser page, and explains the corresponding functionality. The page is also highlighted in the table of contents on the left.

Help Center

The landing page for the complete Help system opens immediately in a different browser page. Click a tile to access different Help pages.

Contact Support

An email page opens, with your email address automatically entered as the sender. Enter your contact information, a brief subject line, and a description of the issue, and then click Send.

Complete the following steps:

a. Enter your country.
b. Optionally, enter your phone number.
c. Enter a word or phrase in the Subject field.
d. Enter your message to the Support staff.
e. Click Send.
