Documenting BR.io Errors

BR.io displays error messages for API, data, application, and network errors. You can easily correct some errors, while solutions for others require assistance from Bio-Rad Technical Support. When you encounter an error in BR.io that you cannot resolve, Bio-Rad recommends following the process identified in this section to collect and send information to a Bio-Rad technical support representative.

Important: Do not close the BR.io page where the error is displayed. You must take a screen shot of the page. For information, see Collecting Information on the BR.io Page.

To collect the required information
1. Download and open the BR.io Error Summary Form to fill in required information.
