Collecting Information about a Mac OS
To assist with resolving the error, Bio-Rad recommends collecting information regarding your Mac operating system to help with troubleshooting.
To record the information, do one of the following:
| ● | Download and open the BR.io Error Summary Form |
| ● | Enter the information into the body of an email to Tech Support |
To locate the operating system information
| 1. | Click the Apple icon in the upper-left corner, and then select About This Mac. |
The Overview screen (default) opens, showing operating system details.
| 2. | Enter the following information into the error form or email body: |
| ● | OS version |
| ● | Memory |
