Information to Include in Your Email to Technical Support

If you prefer to list basic information in the email instead of completing the BR.io Error Summary Form, you must include the following information in the email body.

Case number (if you have already spoken with Technical Support)

Important: You must also include the case number in the Subject field.

A description of the error
Your company name, contact, and phone number
Your country and time zone
The following information about the computer:
Operating system
32-bit or 64-bit
Installed memory
Disk size

Browser and version
JavaScript version
Memory usage (screen shot)

When you have collected all of the information, create a zip file of the screen shots (see Creating a Zip File).

Send the zip file and email to Support@bio-rad.com (U.S. and Canada only).
