Changing Your Password

You can change your password at any time. To reset a forgotten password, see Resetting Your Password.

To change your password

1.

Click the user icon in the menu bar and select Profile Information.

The Profile window appears.

2.

Click the Change Password link at the top.

3.

Complete the Old Password, New Password, and Verify New Password fields.

Tip: Your password must be at least 8 characters long, but no longer than 50 characters, and contain at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.

When your entries meet the password requirements, the red x’s change to green check mark.

4.

Click Change Password.
