Creating Experiments

Using the options on the BR.io Create page, you can create and manage real-time PCR protocols and experiments in BR.io, run the experiments on the CFX Opus real-time PCR system, view the in progress run in BR.io and then analyze the results in BR.io. You can also view run details and a run log in BR.io.

Do one of the following:

To create a run, click Create New CFX Run and see Creating or Editing a CFX Run.

To create a template or a run from a template, click Create New CFX Run from Template and see Creating and Using Run Templates.

●

To create a new protocol, click Create New CFX Protocol.

●

To edit an existing protocol, click Manage CFX Protocols.
