Adding or Editing Steps
You can use the default protocol, or you can add, edit, or delete steps to create a new protocol.
Tip: When you select a step in the graphical display or the grid, the step is highlighted in both displays.
To add a step
| 1. | Select a step in the default protocol. |
| 2. | Click Add a step and from the dropdown list, choose Before selected or After selected. |
The Add a Step or Edit Step <X> dialog box opens to the default temperature step.
Note: When you delete an existing value and enter a value in each field, the range of acceptable values appears.
| 3. | Keep the default step or select a different step type from the dropdown list, and then click a link below for information on the step type you are configuring. |
